A leading construction firm specializing in diverse sectors like infrastructure, commercial, and residential.
The Senior MEP Systems Manager at Clark Construction leads the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, from initial submittals through final close‑out, ensuring low‑voltage, security, fire protection, and control systems meet client expectations.
In this role you will collaborate with field teams and subcontractors to keep schedules on track, coordinate complex trade installations, and oversee testing and commissioning activities, while ensuring all work adheres to contract documents and code requirements.
You are also responsible for cultivating a high‑performing, inclusive team environment, delivering staff development, fostering safety, and building relationships with industry partners to support business growth.
Ideal candidates possess a degree in engineering or construction management—or equivalent experience—with at least ten years managing MEP trades on large‑scale projects, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of risk mitigation and adaptability.
The position demands a physically active presence on construction sites, navigating uneven terrain and handling up to 50 lb loads, combined with periods of office work for documentation, planning, and meetings.
