Due to continued growth and an expanding client portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS) to take on a diverse and rewarding workload across valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys. The successful candidate will work with a mix of private and corporate clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and professional reporting.

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- RICS qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
- Proven experience delivering residential surveys and valuations
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
