15+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering.
10 - 15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering, including project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with public agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-phase projects with significant complexities, including stakeholder coordination, subconsultant management, and phased funding.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Expertise in public sector project delivery, long-term capital improvement planning, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to build and develop client relationships in the water and wastewater industry
Experience managing project revenue portfolio within the range of $2M - $5M.
Demonstrated success in project management, business development, and strategic client engagement.
Proven ability to lead business development efforts, secure contracts, and expand regional market presence.

The posted salary range represents the typical range for this position and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local transparency laws. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
