Construction Project Manager

• Enforce and promote project safety protocols
• Lead projects from inception through closeout while reporting to the Vice President of Construction & Estimating
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance using advanced project and financial tools
• Develop and mentor high-performing project teams
• Represent Malic Corp and support new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements

Malic Corp, a rapidly growing boutique commercial construction firm, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager with strong experience in interior commercial projects. • Business development experience
• Deep understanding of cost control, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles
• 4–10 years of experience managing fast-track interior construction projects
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with construction/financial software
• Skilled at reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents
• Microsoft Project Scheduling
• Ability to negotiate change orders with clients and subcontractors
• Field project management experience
