  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both languages.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C Suite, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Serve as a liaison between the C Suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication in both Korean and English.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Translate documents and communications as needed.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant who is fluent in both Korean and English to support C Suite. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion and provide seamless support to our executives.

  • Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
