Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment?
TUPE experience is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in a People/HR advisory role with significant ER exposure dealing with a wide range of cases.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
