Assist in the administration of EHS Policies, Manuals, Standards, Procedures, Practices and Rules.
Work in conjunction with EHS Advisors to coordinate safety training and orientation.
Organize, monitor and manage statistical data and reports; ensuring all EHS personnel have complete instruction and understanding of the requirements and meet deadlines for reporting.
Work to be ahead of the curve in identifying safety trends and patterns.
Coordination of safety-related meetings and events, including annual JHSC summit and regular Senior Leadership Team meetings.
Support start up package for projects, including all of the appropriate and necessary templates and documentation that will be required for the job.
Ordering and shipping of various supplies and resources needed for project site and yard locations.
Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Assist in site visits and inspections.

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Sound judgement, utilizing problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
Strong communication skills – oral and written.
Current student or recent graduate of the Occupational Health and Safety program.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset.
Willing to travel with in the GTA as required.
Sound computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word etc.
