- Experience in Gas Turbine Component and System Design or any turbomachinery design experience
- Understand the product structure, design requirements and design principles.
- At least 3 years of experience in Turbomachinery Design engineering, Test instrumentation design, and Product definition of test instrumentation design.
- Knowledge of limits and fits, and a proficient understanding of fasteners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in utilizing mechanical engineering skills to analyze technical requirements and applying the appropriate skill set to design and detail complex components and assemblies using NX (Unigraphics) or other similar solid modeling CAD software.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and apply GD&T per ASME Y-14.5M
- B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong Mechanical-design fundamentals & problem-solving skills.
