In this role you will craft and sustain business applications that enable smooth daily operations, working side‑by‑side with business analysts and other developers. You will also ensure the JDE EnterpriseOne ecosystem remains stable, optimized, and responsive to business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using approved tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Create technical specifications and ensure quality through testing and documentation.
- Support and enhance existing applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Manage work priorities and adhere to IT project management standards.
- Utilize technology capabilities to solve complex business challenges.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap for continuous improvement of systems.
- Involvement in developing SOPs and best practices for IT operations.

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in JDE D development; 3+ years hands‑on experience across multiple technical areas.
- Proficiency with Oracle JDE tools/modules (Core Financials, Job Costing, AR/AP, Real Estate/Property Management).
- Experience with reporting technologies (SSRS, ReportsNow, JDE BI Publisher), client/server development, web services, and MS SQL Server.
- Hands‑on experience designing and developing JDE Orchestrator integrations and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of system development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC) and ITIL‑based service management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Homebuilder Construction or MASYC Homebuilder Sales Solution.
- Familiarity with BI tools, data integration platforms, and extract/translation programs.
- Exposure to advanced JDE development processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Service‑Oriented Architecture and object‑oriented programming.

The expected base salary ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, with actual pay depending on knowledge, competencies, and skills. Employees are eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program, which can increase total compensation based on business and individual goal achievement.
