10+ years in an engineering leadership role within Defence and/or Defence Industry
Experience with Defence design delivery processes.
Training in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and maritime management.
Strong team leadership, coordination, and cross-disciplinary knowledge.
Eligible for Chartered Engineer status or membership in a recognised professional body.
Project Management qualifications and 10+ years of project management experience.
