- Oversee all aspects of project administration including cost control, schedule tracking, and change order management.
- Manage and track Contemplated Change Notices (CCNs) and Change Orders (COs), with a focus on risk mitigation and resolution, ensuring client approvals are secured prior to execution.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
- Review and approve monthly progress draws, including statutory declarations and required documentation under the Construction Act.
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with approved schedules, specifications, and budgets.
- Ensure sustainability and ESG considerations are integrated into project execution where applicable.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Review and validate project drawings and specifications for code compliance and compatibility with existing infrastructure; identify and communicate discrepancies or cost-saving alternatives.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and monthly budget analyses to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, schedule, and budget on behalf of our Clients.
- Coordinate tenant improvement work and ensure timely delivery for occupancy.
- Analyze bid packages and provide detailed cost vs. budget summaries.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through consistent updates and meeting documentation, including construction meeting minutes.

- Effective communicator with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Innovative thinker with analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License flexibility to attend after-hours or weekend site visits and travel within Ontario as required.
- Proficiency with cloud-based project management tools and online file sharing platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Strong end-to-end project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.
- PMP, LEED, or equivalent certifications are considered an asset.
