Prepare equipment takeoffs and bid proposals tailored to project requirements.
Develop technical solutions and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with manufacturer engineers and customer service to ensure excellent support.
Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all activities.
Provide timely equipment selections, pricing, and scheduling information.
Promote the features and benefits of Mechanical Technologies’ offerings.
Travel regularly to customer sites and attend training seminars and sales meetings.
Submit detailed documentation for customer approval.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and accounts.
Maintain accurate records of project details, orders, costs, and schedules.
Conduct sales tracking, including opportunities, forecasts, and results.

Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with PC use.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Preferred sales experience in the tri-state area.
Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems and HVAC product applications.
