- Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in logistics systems, ERP, and transportation management software.
- Data accuracy and reporting integrity to support decision-making.
- Effective issue resolution and strong communication across teams and carriers.
- Equivalent combination of education and practical logistics/transportation experience will be accepted.
- Customer-focused, reliable, and accountable.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations (LTL/TL, domestic and international).
- Familiarity with customs, trade compliance, and shipping documentation.
- Understanding of freight rating, scheduling, and carrier service standards.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CITT, SCMP, APICS/ASCM) considered an asset.
