10+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in right-of-way plan review, acquisition, title research, relocation, and closings.
The ROW Technical Specialist should have experience in acquisition and negotiations of right of way and easements, relocation assistance, reading and interpreting title reports, closings and condemnation.
Reading and interpreting right of way and construction plans, and experience and understanding of the Uniform Relocation Act.
Prequalified with, or the ability to become prequalified, with TDOT.
