Assist with Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requests for assigned Sectors
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
Maintain contract database and ensure timely renewals and compliance
Organize and maintain legal files and records (physical and digital)
Manage and update the following - Federal Exclusion list Trust layer & Consultant Master Service Agreement list Client-Corgan Master Service Agreement (MSA) list Maintain Legal’s iNet page
Coordinate Team meetings, as well as attendance for sector meetings
Maintain Form 1295s (Certificate of Interested Parties) for assigned Sectors
Assist with B Series Owner-Architect Contracts
Requirements

Familiarity with architectural contracts (e.g., AIA documents) is a plus.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a corporate legal assistant or paralegal, preferably in a design, architecture, or construction-related firm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
