Provide senior-level technical leadership and delivery of electrical engineering work across all project phases, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient designs. Act as a discipline expert, support project teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as Electrical Discipline Lead on projects, coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
Provide technical support during construction, testing, energisation, and commissioning.
Lead production, review, and approval of electrical engineering deliverables (SLDs, load lists, protection studies, equipment specs, cable schedules).
Ensure designs meet relevant electrical standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC) and client requirements.
Review vendor information and manage technical queries.
Proactively supports team development and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to hazard studies (HAZOP/HAZID/SIL) and ensure electrical safety compliance.
Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and influences technical decisions.
Drives continuous improvement within the discipline.
Guide and mentor junior team members; support discipline improvements.
