The Regional Brand Specialist is a dynamic, travel‑based marketing role that strengthens Hawthorne’s brand presence by leading public relations, media coordination, outreach marketing, local partnerships, social‑media strategy, content creation, and event activations to support leasing, retention, and community engagement.
In this position you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and market exposure, managing public‑relations efforts, cultivating local partnerships, executing social‑media campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications and materials.
The role requires at least three years of marketing experience, preferably in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality, strong written and visual communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, travel regularly (up to 75% of the time), and a creative, detail‑oriented mindset.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy, you will travel extensively, must have a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 60 lb; the position is exempt and includes supervisory responsibilities.
