  • Ensure compliance with Defence and Ventia policies and procedures
  • Monitor project progress and manage resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Coordinate operational support for Defence Aid to Civil Community (DACC) activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders including CLOSPO Program Managers and Defence Directorate officers (Army, Navy, Air Force)
  • Respond to client enquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Promote a proactive, customer-focused culture and drive service excellenc
  • Design and implement change management plans for product and service updates
  • Support planning and execution of surge and ramp-up events

  • Strong financial and commercial acume
  • Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for Defence Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV)
  • Must be a Defence Veteran (contractual requirement)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a logistics environment
  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or project management
  • Must pass an Australian Federal Police check
  • Must maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team
  • Experience within the Defence sector (preferably logistics)
