This role offers the unique chance to develop and expand a forensic engineering/architectural practice within a leading firm. You will oversee the management, execution, and quality of complex and large-scale forensic projects, with a focus on consistently enhancing client services. In addition to excelling at advancing the practice by securing and managing new client relationships, this role involves spearheading marketing initiatives and nurturing existing client partnerships to ensure they receive exceptional, high-value support. You will also play a key role in mentoring the next generation of forensic consultants, sharing best practices, insights, and expertise to build a strong team for the future.

- 8+ years of Forensic experience required.
- Ability to manage conflict resolution with minimal Managing Principal or officer involvement.
- Ability to lead and grow the forensic practice through business development, client engagement, and team mentorship.
- Ability to prioritize high volume of activity and delegate effectively.
However, our abilities reach far beyond just parking and include highly experienced advisors in forensics who provide investigative assessments, creative repair solutions, and litigation support on all types of facilities around the world impacted by natural events as well as design or construction defects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering (master’s degree or higher preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of complex Forensics projects
- Ability to manage professional and support staff, including outside consultants assigned to the project.
- Ability to manage client relationships and maintain communication with client after project is finished for securing possible future work.
