  • This position will also work with counterparts in the EMEA and APAC regions to utilize resources to support our global customers, provide training, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
  • Maintains a consistent dedication to safety and compliance.
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Lead and build the Technical Services team in the Americas region (AMER).

  • Brings a demonstrated 8+ year history of ceiling construction and on-site experience.
  • Possesses an ambitious, ready-for-anything mentality, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • I hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Willing to be on-site at the office or plant two to three times per week.
  • Maintains a willingness and expectation to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and a coaching-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in technical documentation and report writing.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • This role will require a subject matter expert in our ceiling systems, including their correct application, relevant code requirements, and proper installation methods.
  • Displays comfort in presenting complex materials to audiences, supported by strong presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel domestically up to 40%, and internationally one to two times per year.
  • Holds a strong understanding of construction product specifications, construction documents, and detailed drawings.
  • He has experience in managing at least one direct report.
