Access, remove, and clean air distribution components and equipment.
Keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Sell ancillary products and services in conjunction with performance of duct cleaning service.
Operate and maintain all duct-cleaning equipment.
Maintain excellent rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Work in outdoor environments, equipment rooms, and extreme weather conditions.
Document service and cleaning actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning related experience; or seven (2) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic understanding of duct mechanics and how it affects Indoor Air Quality. Mechanical experience is a plus.
Occasional sitting; frequent use of vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth).
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
May encounter wet/humid conditions, vibration, and occasionally chemicals or extreme temperatures.
Must be reliable and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Regular physical activity: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and using hands.
