Senior Interior Designer

Description

• Contribute to the design development of multi-residential projects from concept to completion
• Work on landmark multi-residential projects that shape urban living
• Maintain quality control and assist in resolving design challenges throughout project delivery
• Assist in developing sophisticated interior schemes that respond to client briefs and architectural context
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration with architects and specialists
• Prepare detailed documentation packages and ensure design intent is maintained through delivery
• Collaborate with project teams and coordinate with external consultants
• Participate in client presentations and effectively communicate design ideas
• Support in the creation of material palettes and finishes selections for premium residential spaces

Due to continued growth and the commencement of new landmark projects, our client requires an experienced Interior Designer & a Senior Interior Designer to support and contribute to the design development and delivery of their multi-residential portfolio.

• Demonstrated experience working on multi-residential or comparable project typologies
• Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is required
• Currently residing in Sydney with local experience
• Sound understanding of residential planning principles and detailing
• Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or PR)
• 4–6 years’ professional experience within the Australian market
• Strong design sensibility supported by excellent documentation and technical skills
• ArchiCAD or Revit experience desired (training support provided)
• Exposure to international design methodologies and global design network
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field
• Recognition for creative contribution and design innovation
• 4–10 years of professional experience required
• ArchiCAD proficiency preferred (support available for exceptional candidates)
• Experience in collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams
