Working with Cairn Homes
- Issuing regular reports on Cairn’s extensive portfolio options to be reviewed by senior members of the Investment Team and Chief Investment Officer.
- Support the maintenance and due diligence of our internal portfolio / financial appraisals.
- Work with senior members of the Investment Team in providing accurate financial modelling (including Joint Venture/Partnership structures with project specific finance) and scenario planning to enable effective decision making across the portfolio and new deals
- Support early-stage business planning and development assessment of the private, commercial, rental, and affordable sector.
- Support feasibility and sensitivity analysis etc. of potential acquisition opportunities for the business.
- Work cross functionally in compiling, preparing and finalising investment materials (including acquisition/development appraisals, investment memos) to support key decision making
- Market research of the affordable, social, commercial and MFU sectors in Ireland and globally.

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a quantitative/finance based role. Experience with the real estate market (e.g. investment, development, lending etc) desirable but not essential.
- The ability to work independently using their own initiative.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are key
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
