Assistant CDM Advisor / CDM Principal Designer (Assistant /Intermediate level)

• Attending design team meetings/client meetings/progress meetings
• Preparing/reviewing the Health & Safety file
• Conducting Health & Safety site inspections Industrial
• Assisting the client in identifying, obtaining and collating the pre-construction information
• Reviewing Construction Phase Plans
• Submitting F10’s
• Compiling and providing pre-construction information document for the client, design team principal contractors
• Producing and or reviewing project risk registers /designer risk assessments

APM SME of the Year 2023

• Ideally you will have already achieved some industry recognised qualifications / certifications i.e. APS, NEBOSH
• Experience working for either a Consultancy or Client-side organisation
• Experience providing CDM Advisory / CDM Principal Designer services
• Experience working on projects within the built environment
