- Réaliser des mandats d’études ou d’ingénierie de détail pour des clients ayant des installations existantes ou pour des clients souhaitant agrandir ou construire de nouvelles installations
- Équipe collaborative qui partage ses idées et ses connaissances
- Assister le personnel plus expérimenté dans des aspects techniques de tâches plus complexes

- Excellente connaissance de la suite MS Office
- Exercer, à l’occasion, une coordination du travail des dessinateur.rice.s ou d’autres non-professionnel.le.s à la demande d’un.e ingénieur.e senior.e
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), à l’oral et à l’écrit, et capacité à rédiger des documents techniques dans les deux langues
- Connaissances dans un ou plusieurs des champs d’application suivants : pompage, mécanique du bâtiment (CVCA), et systèmes thermiques
- Sens de l’équité et de l’inclusion
- Accès à plusieurs expert.e.s et à du coaching
- Baccalauréat dans un programme de premier cycle universitaire en génie mécanique ou génie du bâtiment
- Recherche constante de solutions durables et agiles
- Ambiance humaine où l’on écoute les idées de chacun.e et où l’on ne ressent pas de hiérarchie
- Atout : expérience pertinente dans le secteur industriel
- Concevoir des systèmes de récupération de chaleur (CVCA, réseaux d’énergie – boucles de refroidissement et de chauffage)
