Must be able to work in the Bellevue office Monday-Friday within core business hours (8am – 5pm)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential real estate, or client experience management within a high-touch, service-driven environment.
Ability to visit homes and job sites, which may include ascending stairs and inspecting interior and exterior spaces.
Demonstrated sound judgment and composure when facing unexpected situations or challenges.
Skilled in maintaining discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
