The Manager, Optimization (Telecom Field Service) will join Pearce’s Innovation and Optimization team to identify improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and drive operational workflow enhancements. This role requires collaborating with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to deliver projects on time and within budget while aligning with the organization’s growth strategy and GIS platform.
- Identify cost‑reduction or revenue‑growth initiatives leveraging the GIS platform.
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Assess program performance, benchmark trends, and present senior‑leadership impact reports.
- Secure stakeholder buy‑in and collaborate with client teams to implement changes.
- Lead project teams, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and adjust plans as needed.
- Plan for and mitigate risks across all projects, maintaining program documentation.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct continuous‑improvement reviews.
- Provide company vehicle, phone, laptop/tablet, and necessary safety equipment.

- Require 5+ years of HVAC, generator, or data‑center optimization experience.
- Prefer a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, GIS or related field; MBA preferred.
- Need 3+ years of experience with ESRI products or software development best practices.
- Proven program management of multiple $1M+ projects with strong leadership and communication skills.
