The role is responsible for developing and leading initiatives that align with the company's strategic plan and annual profit objectives, driving operational performance and financial results. It includes establishing objectives, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring prompt, accurate reporting through EPM and a Balanced Scorecard. The leader will shape the manufacturing strategy, optimize capacity utilization across sites, and champion an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) zero‑incident culture. Additionally, the incumbent will support the Operating for Growth (O4G) transformation, partner with cross‑functional teams to evolve sites into cost centers, and create a highly responsive, customer‑focused organization.
The successful candidate must hold a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and bring at least 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or OPEX within a global manufacturing leader. Plant manager and multi‑site management experience, a proven track record of building high‑performance teams, and demonstrated success in driving a zero‑incident EHS culture are required. Expertise with multiple ERP systems, current manufacturing technologies, and strong financial and business acumen, including full profit‑and‑loss responsibility, is essential. The role demands strong leadership, organizational development, and the ability to drive continuous operational improvement.
