The Facilities Manager, Soft Services Account Management – Work Dynamics (India) leads daily facility operations. Working with a team, you will manage client activities for the assigned property, implement building procedures and performance measures, and promote best practices to improve processes. You will also ensure property safety by enforcing health and safety standards and perform mobile check‑ins throughout the front office and lobby to maintain high standards.
Building strong client relationships is essential; you will proactively meet client expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for any facilities‑related concerns. Quick identification and resolution of issues, including repairs, will help keep the facility performing at its best.
You will take charge of the site’s budget, accounting and financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes, contract terms and budgetary constraints.
Ensuring a safer and more comfortable work environment is a chief concern; you will plan and execute preparations for meetings, conferences, VIP visits, and oversee mailroom, front office and housekeeping operations.
The ideal candidate holds a graduation in Hotel Management or Hospitality, has eight plus years of facilities management experience with at least two years as a Site Lead, and possesses solid knowledge of occupational safety, 24×7 operations, contract management, budget supervision, customer service and stakeholder engagement. Highly analytical, goal‑oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, you will excel at problem solving, health and safety compliance, vendor management and technical systems.
