We are seeking an experienced Home Automation & Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, integrating, and implementing automation solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role requires a solid understanding of IoT-based smart home solutions, Digital building, BMS platforms, ELV systems (ACS and Security surveillance systems), and cross-disciplinary coordination with MEP and architectural teams.

5+ years of proven experience in designing Home Automation and IBMS systems.
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation /Telecom Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and design documentation tools.
Strong client-facing, coordination, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Hands-on expertise in KNX, Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls or equivalent platforms.
Excellent understanding of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MBus, MQTT, ZigBee, Z-Wave, IP-based systems).
