Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will work on market analysis and business‑case projects spanning the full product portfolio—including thermal and acoustic batts, metal building insulation, continuous insulation, roofing, core solutions, and curtain‑wall & fire‑stopping. Your responsibilities include developing business cases for new market segments, conducting research in Canadian and U.S. markets, analysing competitors, and supporting product managers with project tracking, presentation creation, SKU performance analysis, and gathering sales feedback.
To succeed, you should be pursuing a post‑secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, and have coursework or experience in creating and presenting business cases, strategic market development and financial analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), strong organizational abilities, clear written and verbal communication, networking skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is familiarity with building materials or the construction industry.
We are seeking talented, energetic students to join the Product Management team at our Milton office as a Product Management Co‑Op. The four‑month assignment runs from May to August 2026, is fully onsite at 8024 Esquesing Line, Milton, ON, and offers an hourly rate of $21‑$25 based on academic program, year of study, experience and responsibilities.
