- Support Contract Administration duties, including contractor interaction, progress payment certificates, and convene progress site meetings.
- Communicate and work with other project team members in London and other regional offices to provide quality service to clients on projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Prepare documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence, reports, proposals, expressions of interest, and construction specifications and cost estimates.

- Ability to work in field or office conditions.
- Experience in or understanding of Stormwater Management procedures and design.
- Familiarity with software for modelling water transmission/distribution systems.
- Experience in land development or site plan preparation, studies and detailed design is a benefit.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, the public, and clients.
- Experience in or understanding of transportation design /reconstruction projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- E.I.T. working towards a P.Eng designation in Ontario.
- Design experience in surface grading, water and sewer pipe networks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other related field or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Good time management skills.
