In this position you will develop and continuously enhance a cybersecurity excellence framework while leading a team of professionals. You will also conduct assessments, deliver training, integrate security into project planning, monitor emerging threats, engage external partners, and report performance to senior management.

- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals to promote proactive security engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of policies, technologies, and procedures to identify improvement areas.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed cybersecurity measures into project planning and execution.
- Monitor emerging threats and trends, devising strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards through engagement with external partners.
- Prepare and present regular cybersecurity performance and incident reports to senior management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related field, preferably a master’s, and at least ten years of experience including leadership. Candidates should have strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001 and hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH. A competitive benefits package is offered.

- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.

- Ability to lead, develop and foster collaboration within a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) highly desirable.
