Meet and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and performance.
Load trucks by hand safely and efficiently, ensuring all products are properly scanned, data is accurately recorded, and all paperwork is completed.
Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely as part of daily tasks.
Inspect all outgoing shipments to ensure completeness, accuracy, and that products are free from damage.
Carefully handle and move large, fragile window and door products while upholding quality requirements.

High school diploma or GED.
Comfortable with physically demanding work for extended periods.
Previous forklift or industrial vehicle operating experience (or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses).
Strong self‑motivation, communication skills, basic computer skills, and high attention to detail.
Minimum 1 year of distribution or related experience.
Ability to pull and verify customer orders with strong attention to detail.
Experience receiving incoming shipments and putting away large, fragile inventory into designated storage locations.
Ability to safely load and unload trucks by hand, ensuring products remain secure.
Dependable, consistent attendance in alignment with scheduling expectations.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 85 lbs.
