  • Conduct legal research and provide support in case preparation.

  • Visit external counsel’s office post 6:30 PM for case discussions and document submissions.
  • Attend court hearings, police stations, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies as required.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate laws, revenue matters, property documentation, and litigation procedures. The role also involves legal documentation, court appearances, and liaison work with external counsel. The position requires flexibility in working hours, especially for post-office visits and legal errands.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Language Requirement: Must be able to read and write in Kannada

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal field with exposure to revenue matters and real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, RERA regulations, land records, and registration processes.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work beyond standard office hours when required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of revenue documents, property documentation, and court procedures.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive legal issues with discretion and professionalism.
