The TPM/PE is responsible for applying the design process defined in the Quality Management System, overseeing scope, schedule and cost management, quality, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation and integration of the project team.

Ensure customer satisfaction as technical lead
Apply relevant codes, contract scope, customer specifications, internal standards and regulations
Deliver complete, conforming technical documentation
Oversee document and equipment delivery schedules
Optimize design and costs
Monitor bill of quantities and compare estimates to actuals
Manage internal and external project interfaces
Apply Work Breakdown Structure to define project deliverables
Align engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning plans with scope, contracts and schedule
Provide regular, accurate cost forecasts in project updates
Implement quality standards, processes and metrics during execution
Communicate stakeholder needs through reports, graphics, emails and meetings
Organize, lead and facilitate internal, supplier and customer meetings
Develop a risk management plan covering technical, commercial, management and external risks
Review equipment requisition packages for scope accuracy, WBS cost elements, Incoterms and shipping documents
Ensure supplier compliance with contract requirements and manage exceptions

Experience in utility/industrial boiler industry or HRSGs (plus)

Prior SAP experience (plus)
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Up to 25 % travel (domestic and international)
