  • Collaborate with other departments across the Port and Group to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective operations
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities, assets, and employee performance

  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor within FMCG or 3PL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse systems and data analysis, with solid MS Office knowledge (SAP experience preferred)
  • Experience of working with collective agreements
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyse operational data
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance effectively
  • Proven ability to direct, coordinate, and optimise warehouse operations
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office proficiency
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational requirements, including weekend working
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Experience with Transporeon haulage management software would be advantageous
