As a Senior Valuer you will join the Public Sector Valuations team in Sydney, delivering expert valuation and advisory services for a diverse range of government and corporate clients across Australia.
- Conduct valuations of specialised public‑sector assets and portfolios for financial reporting and insurance purposes.
- Prepare detailed, high‑quality valuation reports and advisory documents for government clients.
- Assist in managing key client relationships to ensure service excellence.
- Undertake valuations for various purposes including asset management and financial reporting.
- Mentor and guide junior valuers.
- Collaborate with other JLL service lines to provide integrated solutions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, such as preparing tenders and proposals.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, professional standards and internal JLL policies.

- Hold Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification with current Associate membership of the Australian Property Institute (API).
- Minimum three years post‑qualification experience in commercial or specialised property valuation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex valuation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Australian citizenship to meet client compliance and obtain security clearances.
