Civil Science is seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Recruiter with a background in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet critical staffing needs. This role also includes opportunities to represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract high‑quality candidates.

- 4+ years recruiting experience in AEC or related technical industries.
- Proven ability to fill challenging engineering positions with innovative strategies.
- Strong understanding of civil, construction, and related industry roles.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Experience recruiting both technical and non‑technical roles in engineering/construction.
- Knowledge of employment best practices and recruitment metrics.
- Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 20 lb, and perform squatting, bending, and lifting activities.
