Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial accuracy and compliance.

Exhibit accuracy and thoroughness, identify areas of improvement and promote quality while increasing productivity.
Conduct transfer pricing analytics.

Preparation and filing of various government reports as well as Census Bureau reports.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable, inventory, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills: must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and produce results.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MBA a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with information technology and ERP systems required.
