Works with employees, contractors, and vendors to provide security, financial, and payment data
Meeting room bookings, timesheet/expense entry, facilities systems support, database updates for staff changes, manage team correspondence, and other administrative duties
Coordinates outside contractors and in-house services performing a wide range of tasks related to maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, office space, office equipment, etc.
Work will include, general duties such as budget analysis, assignment of project costs, working with our Finance team to create purchase orders, invoice approval and coding, management of facility employee databases and floor plan mapping updates
Responsible for various office and location support activities
May coordinate rearrangement of floor plans and office moves, including desks, computers and other office equipment and furniture
Assist Project Management team with opening and closing of projects
Use SAP to create, track and monitor purchase orders, invoices, project budgets and costs, and employee status and location information
Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and business support service
