Chartered Engineer (or equivalent).
Extensive experience of delivering major design projects in a senior project role.
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Strong experience in design and build markets and major heavy civil infrastructure projects, including a strong network of contacts and relationships.
Project, financial, programme and resource management skills.
Broad knowledge of underground structures design methodologies and construction practices
Proven business development skills with demonstrable experience of developing value propositions and writing winning technical and commercial proposals.
BEng / BSc civil engineering (or related subject).
Capable of presenting strong and succinct messages to different audiences, as well as creating rapport and respect with clients and colleagues.
Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (or equivalent).
