Manages daily cash distribution activities including wire transfer and ACH payment.
Monitors daily cash positions, maintains sufficient liquidity and assists in cash forecasting and treasury reporting.
Facilitates budget review meetings with plant and department managers to validate assumptions and provide analytical insights.
Participate in monthly and annual accounting close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Supports internal and external audit requirements through document preparation and responding to audit inquiries.
Prepares and coordinates the company’s annual operating budget process, ensuring accurate data consolidation and timely completion.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiencies
Collaborate with Accounts Payable team to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely vendor settlement
Serves as a financial partner to department and plant leaders, guiding them on budgetary compliance, cost management and forecasting.
Conducts production cost variance analyses, investigates significant deviations and recommends corrective actions.
Develops, maintains and enhances budget models and analytical tools to improve forecasting accuracy and management reporting
Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
Recommend improvements to internal controls, financial policies and accounting systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to use a personal computer (PC) and accounting software
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial/statistical data to provide actionable insight
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in effective written English, verbal communication, and listening skills
Minimum 4 Years of Experience in progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment. Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
Minimum 4 Year – Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
Advance knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
