The analyst will ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close, focusing on RTR processes for aerospace sites, and will provide financial partnership and guidance to plant personnel across functions.
Responsibility includes implementing and maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley and other statutory requirements, and safeguarding plant assets in line with corporate policies.
The role promotes a quality culture by leveraging tools such as BPI and EBE, driving automation, and continuously improving processes. Regular review and governance of controls ensures alignment with globally defined SSC standards.
A strong customer focus is required, developing customer‑facing KPIs, holding periodic performance meetings, and managing service delivery, service level agreements, documentation, and audit trails.
Candidates should hold an accounting degree such as CA, MBA‑Finance, or B.Com (Accounting) and possess the required experience. The role demands end‑to‑end knowledge of GL/FA and a solid understanding of OTC and PTP processes.
Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools is essential, as is strong experience with Oracle R12, MFGPro (ERP), and business intelligence platforms including Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, and DFT.
We require 6‑8 years of accounting experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varying cultures.
