The ability to conduct surveys using ArcGIS Field Maps to establish legal boundaries for transfers of title including freehold, leasehold, and associated rights (e.g., rights of way, wayleaves, and easements).
An understanding of the requirements related to legal mapping and land registration in Tailte Éireann. The ability to examine property title documents for the purpose of determining location and property ownership.
Experience in managing spatial data .
Knowledge of data interoperability and GIS. Responsibilities include converting various datasets to geodatabase format and verifying the data.
Full drivers licence.
Level 7 Qualification in a relevant field such as Engineering, Geography, IT or similar with 6+ years’ experience in the management of GIS systems.
Proficiency in the ESRI suite of products, particularly ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online is essential.
ArcGIS Online experience and knowledge sufficient to ensure map applications are shared among project professionals to facilitate efficient access to all spatial data for a project.
Experience within the infrastructure or utilities field is desirable.
