Train and mentor team members on BIM tools and best practices.
Support project delivery by providing 3D visualization and technical input during planning and construction phases.
Maintain BIM standards and workflows consistent with the design-build approach.
Generate construction documents and shop drawings directly from BIM models to support fabrication and installation.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate integration of piping, HVAC, and utility systems.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between disciplines using BIM software such as Revit.
Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical systems across industrial, commercial, and high-purity projects.

Knowledge of fabrication software is a plus.
Experience with Nemetschek - Bluebeam.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems including piping, HVAC, and high-purity installations.
Optional: Experience with AutoCAD Fabrication CADMEP 2024 or better.
2–5 years of BIM experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or industrial piping projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Optional: Experience with Point Cloud Handling.
Experience with Revit 2024 using CADMEP fabrication parts.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (file sharing and collaboration).
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D 2024 or better.
Windows 11 operating system environment.
Experience with Navisworks 2024 or better.
