The Assistant Community Manager is the first point of contact for prospects, handling greetings, application processing, lease management, rent collection, and evictions. This role also promotes resident satisfaction and property visibility through effective communication and social‑media outreach. The incumbent works closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth move‑ins, renewals, and resident orientation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, and at least one year of customer‑service or apartment‑leasing experience; a background in accounting is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑management tools is required, along with a valid driver’s license. The position may involve extended sitting, occasional stair climbing, and lifting up to 20 pounds, as well as operating standard office equipment.
