- Event Support Oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events.
- Appointment Scheduling Set up in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.
- Team Management Assist in hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for Field Marketers. Supervise their field activities and address any performance issues.
- Research and Planning Map out areas for effective outreach and assess staffing needs. Create and manage schedules for Field Marketers. Research events throughout the area.
- Accuracy and Compliance Ensure all appointments obtained by Field Marketers are accurate and complete. Adhere to budget constraints and return on investment requirements.

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.
- Client Engagement Approach and engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a proven track record in prospect engagement.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- 1-3 Years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation. (must have valid driver's license)
- Product Knowledge Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to answer customer questions and demonstrate our offerings at events.
