Experience: Minimum 15+ years (with 5–8 years in EPC projects)

Experience in schedule preparation, resource management, and engineering man-hour estimation based on quantities and deliverables.
Exposure to Field Engineering, Basic/FEED Engineering, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)
3D Model Review: Navisworks, SmartPlant Review (SPR) (Added advantage)
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering, including 5–8 years in EPC projects.
Foundations (Static equipment, tanks, and machine foundations with dynamic analysis)
Proven experience handling projects of at least 30,000 man-hours with a team size of 20+ members at peak load.
Proficient in the analysis and design of:
Steel and Concrete Structures (Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, etc.)
Structural Analysis: STAAD.Pro (Mandatory), GTStrudl (Added advantage)
Familiar with change management processes related to input changes or additional scope.
Finite Element Modeling: Abaqus, SAP2000, SolidWorks (Added advantage)
Sound knowledge in structural modeling, load calculations, and design documentation.
Foundation Design: Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS (Added advantage)
Strong understanding of International Design Codes and Standards.
Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity.
