Demonstrated experience delivering first-principles estimates across complex building projects
Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced estimators or team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support tender reviews, approvals and client engagement
Previous experience with D&C, ECI and traditional hard dollar/lump sum tenders
Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness

Proven track record managing successful tenders (up to ~$200m)
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working as a Senior Estimator in the Australian Building industry
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
